【Abstract】 PFI, a system in which the government puts capital into public causes and activates the funds owned by non-governmental groups, is popularized and practised by developed countries in their infrastructure construction during recent years. The system is expected to reduced financial expenditure, share risks and improve efficiency of the public causes. The article details its production, development and characteristics. Some typical events are also analyzed and some advices releveant to the status of the urban rail transit construction of our country are presented.更多还原
