【Abstract】 In the miniaturization development of large bit and high precision photoelectric absolute shaft encoder,small sized 25 bit high precision absolute encoders are successfully developed by means of a special absolute encoding technique and obtaining high quality grating signal with adding the analog quantities of multi head reading.Electrical interpolation and subdivision with high multiplying power have been achieved by means of single chip computer.更多还原
