金属表面对光学非接触测头的影响
Influence of Metal Surface on Optical Non-Contact Probe
【摘要】 首先简单介绍了三角法测头的结构和工作原理 ,对金属表面的反射特性进行了分析和推导 ,提出了三角法测量金属表面时存在的几个问题以及解决方案。
【Abstract】 The structure and operating principle of triangulation probe are firstly briefly introduced in the paper.The analysis and derivation for the refl ection property of metal surface are carried out.Several existed problems and so lving schemes for measuring metal surface with triangulation are proposed.
