混合神经网络及其在非线性系统控制中的应用
Mixed Neural Network and Its Application to the Control of Nonlinear Systems
【摘要】 针对一类非线性动态系统模型的特点 ,提出一种非线性和线性神经网络的并联神经网络——混合神经网络 ,克服了以非线性函数逼近线性函数引起的复杂性和不精确性问题 ,实现了对模型的线性和非线性部分的分别逼近。仿真例子说明了混合神经网络用于这类非线性动态系统控制的可行性。
【Abstract】 A parallel neural network—mixed neural network formed by nonline ar and linear neural networks is put forward in accordance of the characteristic s of a nonlinear dynamic system model.The new neural network solves the problems of complexity and uncertainty caused by nonlinear function approximating linear function.The respective approximation of the linear and the nonlinear parts for model have been realized.The simulation examples demonstrate that the applicati on of the mixed neural network to the control of this nonlinear dynamic system i s feasible.
