物理光学图象探测系统的研究
A Study on the Image Detecting System for Physics Optics
【摘要】 研究一种适用于物理光学实验中信号接收及数据采集的图象探测系统。该系统以自扫描光电二极管列阵 SSPA( Self Scanning Photodiode Array)作为光信号接收器件 ,以 PC机作为控制和信息处理部分 ,从而提高了物理光学实验的测试水平。为满足上述要求 ,设计了适用于 SSPA视频信号的 1 2位 A/D数据采集接口卡及相关程序。
【Abstract】 An image detecting system which is suitable for signal receiving and data acquisition in physical optical experiments is studied.The system uses Self Scanning Photodiode Array (SSPA) as light signal receiving device,PC computer as control and information processing parts,thus the testing level of the physical optical experiments are improved.In order to fulfill the above requirements,a 12 bit A/D data acquisition interface card and the related software which are suitable for SSPA video signal are designed.
