【摘要】 首先阐述在恶劣环境下的工业生产中采用成象光谱法来监测温场分布的理由 ,然后结合面阵 CCD成象技术和数字图象处理方法 ,选用恰当的波长搭配 ,进行合理的设计 ,研制出新的成象光谱数字图象温场监测装置。利用黑体的标定证实理论和设计的正确性 ,并在现场测试中取得满意的结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 The reasons for applying imaging spectral method to monitoring and measuring temperature field distribution in the severe industrial production are first described in the paper.Combining area array CCD imaging technique with digital image processing method,selection of the just wavelength arrangement and reasonable unit design,a new temperature field monitoring and measuring apparatus with imaging spectral digital image technique is developed.The calibration with a black body demonstrates that its theory and design are correct and satisfied results have been achieved in the field measuring.更多还原
