【摘要】 采用国内最新的地理信息系统 ,在广东省行政电子地图的基础上开发广东省电力系统污区分布电子地图及输电线路分布电子地图的同时 ,开发了广东省防污管理数据库。在这个开发过程中 ,解决了几个关键的技术问题 ,使防污管理数据库和电子地图有机地结合起来 ,实现了广东省电力系统线路和变电站 (水、火电厂 )防污秽工作的计算机动态管理 ,更好地指导电力生产安全运行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Adopting the up to date geographic information system (GIS) in China, and based on the administrative electronic map of Guangdong Province, the electronic maps of polluted area distribution and transmission line distribution for Guangdong power system are developed along with the corresponding antipollution management database. The solution of several key technical problems in the development enables the correlation between the database and the electronic map, so as to realize the computer based dynamic management of pollution control for power lines, substations and power plants of Guangdong power system, and to give better guidance for future safe operation.更多还原
