【Abstract】 Trade-off between time and cost has been traditionally studied with empha- sis on crashing project duration with minimum cost. However,the effect of income is largely ignored. A time-cost trade-off problem to optimize net in- come is considered in this paper to discuss the impact of an incentive plan combined with a lump sum contract on the determination of a project’s op- timal duration. A hierarchical decision model is proposed in the viewpoint of an owner to discuss the optimal selection of the income intensity so as to harmonize the benefit of the owner and the contractor and achieve a certain equilibrium state. Furthermore,the influence of some factors on this equi- librium state is investigated.更多还原
