【摘要】 质量功能展开（ＱＦＤ）是面向市场的产品设计与开发的一种计划过程，是 质量工程的核心技术。其基本思想是产品开发过程中所有的活动都由顾 客的需求、偏好和期望所驱动。近二十年来 ＱＦＤ技术被日本、欧美的许 多公司所采用。实践证明，正确地应用ＱＦＤ技术可以实现市场、创新、制 造和顾客满意的综合集成。 ＱＦＤ自六十年代末由日本质量专家水野滋和 赤尾洋二提出到现在已经走过了三十年的历程。本文对 ＱＦＤ理论与方 法的研究进展进行了综述，进而指出进一步研究的方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Quality Function Deployment,which is core technique of quality engineering,is a planning process in the market-oriented product design and development. Its basic thought is that customer’s needs,preferences and expectations drive all activities in the entire process of product development. QFD has been widely adopted by many companies in Japan,Europe and U. S. A. in last twenty years. It has proved that the full integration of market, innovation, production, quality and customer satisfaction can be achieved with the QFD technique rightly. Since Shigeru Mizuno and Yoji Akao in Japan first proposed QFD in the late of 1960’s,it has been gone through thirty years. We will review research progress on QFD theories and methods and provide further research directions in this paper.更多还原
