谷氨酰胺对大鼠急性坏死性胰腺炎肠道细菌移位的影响

【摘要】 目的观察谷氨酰胺(GLN)对急性坏死性胰腺炎(ANP)大鼠肠道细菌移位的影响。方法将实验大鼠120只,随机分成对照组、ANP组及GLN组,每组各40只,ANP模型采用结扎胰胆管诱发,GLN组制作ANP后灌入GLN,观察3组肠粘膜组织学和 DNA含量,肠系膜淋巴结,胰腺组织细菌培养及吖啶橙标记菌实验。结果 ANP后 72 h,肠粘膜出现明显损伤, DNA含量下降,肠系膜淋巴结,胰腺组织细菌培养计数明显升高,吖啶橙标记菌移位率明显升高,应用 GLN能明显减轻肠粘膜损伤,降低上述指标。结论GLN有利于维持ANP时肠粘膜屏障功能,减少肠道细菌移位的发生。

【Abstract】 Objctive To study the influence of Glutamine on bacterial translocation of rats with acute necrotizing Pancreatitis (ANP). Method 120 rats were divided randomly into three groups (control, ANP and Glutamine group)(n =40, each). ABP model was induced by Obstruction of biliopancreatic duct. The rats in Glutamine group were fed with glutamine after ANP induction. The histology and DNA content of intestinal mucosa, the number of bacteria cultured and E. coli labelled with acridine orange in mesentery lymphy node(MLN) and pancrease were observed. Results There were obvious lesions in the intesinal mucosa DNA centent in mucosa significantly decreased (P < 0.01). The number of bacteria culted and E, Coli labelled with acridine orange in MLN and pancresseincreased significantly (P < 0.01) in ANP group. Mucous injury and the number of bacteria could be reduced by Glutamine. Conclusion Glutmine may help to maintain the mucosal barrier function and reduces bacterial translocation in ANP.
