【摘要】 目的　了解ＧＡＴＡ－ ２ 基因在淋巴系白血病中的表达情况。方法　利用反转录－ 多聚酶链反应（ＲＴ－ ＰＣＲ）扩增急性淋巴细胞白血病（ＡＬＬ）、慢性淋巴细胞白血病（ＣＬＬ）、多毛细胞白血病（ＨＣＬ） 和淋巴瘤白血病等１０１ 例病人外周血单个核细胞中ＧＡＴＡ－ ２ 基因。结果　ＧＡＴＡ－ ２ 基因在ＡＬＬ和ＣＬＬ中的表达率分别为７９－２％ 和９４－４％ ，３ 例ＨＣＬ均表达ＧＡＴＡ－２ ，３ 例淋巴瘤细胞白血病仅１ 例表达ＧＡＴＡ－２。结论　绝大多数白血病标本表达ＧＡＴＡ－ ２ 基因，ＧＡＴＡ－２ 可能是淋巴系白血病细胞的增殖过程中所需要的转录因子之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of GATA-2 gene in lymphocytic leukemia.Methods RT-PCR was performed to detect the expression of GATA-2 gene from peripheral blood mononuclear cells from 101 cases with acute lymphoblastic leukemia, chronic lymphocytic leukemia, hairy cells leukemia, or lymphoma leukemia. Results The expression rates of GATA-2 gene in ALL and CLL were 79 2% and 94 4% respectively, GATA-2 expression could be found in all 3 cases with HCL, whereas only 1 out of 3 cases with lymphoma leukemia expressed GATA-2 gene.Conclusion The expression of GATA-2 gene could be detected in most lymphocytic leukemia. GATA-2 may be one of important transcription factors in lymphocytic leukemia cell proliferation.更多还原
