兔瘟的诊断及感染脏器含毒量的测定

【摘要】 从流行病学、临床症状、病理变化、血凝和血凝抑制反应及动物感染实验对惠水送检病死兔进行诊断 ,确诊为兔瘟。为进一步分析兔瘟病毒的血凝特性 ,分别用人的 O、A、AB、B型红血球和牛、马、猪、山羊、鸡、鸭、鹅、兔、小鼠等不同动物的红血球作血凝试验。结果表明 :兔瘟病毒对人的 O、A、AB、B型新鲜红血球具有较强的凝集作用 ( HA 4℃时为 2 11~ 13,2 0℃时为 2 12~ 13) ,其中 O型红血球凝集最好 ,HA可达 2 13。对人工感染病死兔脏器含毒量的检测 ,肝、脾含毒量最高 ,HA可达2 9;心、肺较低 ,为 2 3;肾含毒量不稳定。因此 ,在兔瘟组织苗的制备过程中 ,可首选肝、脾为制苗材料

【Abstract】 The dead rabbits submitted from Huishui county had been examined epidemically, clinically, pathologically , hemoagglutination(HA), and hemaoagglutination inhibitory(HI) test,and artificial infection for animals. The disease was definitely asrabbit plague. The hemaoagglutination characters of causative virus had been analysed with red blood cell suspension of different animals and human. The results showed that the virus could strongly agglutinate fresh red blood cells of O, A, AB and B types of human. Among them the red blood cells of O type were agglutinated best and the HA titers reached 2 13 .The virus contents of artificial infected rabbits had been determined for different visceral organs.The virus contents of liver and spleen were the highest with HA titer 2 9; heart and lung were lower with HA titer 2 3;the virus contents of kidney vartied greatly with individual. Therefore liver and spleen were the aptimum materials for preparation of rabbit plague vaccine .
