【Abstract】 The young embryos were selected from young fruits of Hamline orange at 98 days after flowering and cultured in vitro. The tissue culture plants were top grafted to citrus trees and were observed. The spine of the tissue culture plants is longer than the mother plant Hamline orange, showing obvious seedling characters. Yield and quality of the fruit closed with Hamlin orange. However, the storing property, citric acid, and soluble solid of fruit of the tissue culture are better than Hamlin orange.更多还原
