高速连铸保护渣粘度特性的研究
STUDY ON VISCOSITY OF MOLD POWDERS FOR HIGH SPEED CASTING
【摘要】 实验研究了 L i2 O等添加剂对高速连铸保护渣粘度的影响规律 ,比较了 L i2 O、Na2 O、K2 O、F- 降低保护渣粘度作用的能力 ,分析了保护渣粘度特性的机理。结果表明 ,L i2 O含量在 1%~ 5 %的范围内 ,能显著地降低保护渣的粘度及提高其稳定性 ;L i2 O、Na2 O、K2 O、F-降低粘度的作用的强弱顺序为 :L i2 O>Na2 O>F- >K2 O;Mg O、B2 O3含量提高 ,保护渣粘度降低 ,稳定性提高 ;通过添加 L i2 O、B2 O3,无 F- 的保护渣能够获得高速连铸需要的稳定的低粘度特性。
【Abstract】 Influence of Li 2O etc on viscosity of mold powders for high speed casting were studied by experiments, the ability of Li 2O,Na 2O,K 2O,F - to reduce viscosity of powder was compared, mechanism of component influence on viscosity was discussed Results show that: Li 2O of 1 %~5 % can bring viscosity of slag down markedly Order of Li 2O,Na 2O,K 2O,F - to make viscosity of slag drop is Li 2O>Na 2O>F ->K 2O,MgO,B 2O 3 also make viscosity of slag go down With Li 2O,B 2O 3, slag can be made with lower and stable viscosity for high speed continuous casting without F -
