亚稳态奥氏体钢的形变硬化
STRAIN HARDENING OF METASTABLE AUSTENITE STEEL
【摘要】 研究了亚稳态奥氏体不锈钢的形变硬化 ,结果表明 :低温下由于产生应变诱发马氏体相变 ,其拉伸曲线硬化阶段呈现 S形 ,硬化指数 n为非恒定值 ,硬化率与硬化指数 n随应变量的增加表现为抛物线型。
【Abstract】 The strain hardening of metastable austenite stainless steel at low temperature has been investigated.The experimental results show that the elongation exhibits sigmoidal form at hardening stage and hardening exponent n is not a constant due to strain induced martensite transformation,moreover the hardening rate and hardening exponent n increase parabolically with strain increase.
