钛对高强IF钢第二相粒子析出规律和力学性能的影响
EFFECT OF Ti ON PRECIPITATION OF SECOND PHASE PARTICALS AND MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF HIGH STRENGTH IF STEEL
【摘要】 研究了钛对高强 IF钢 Fe Ti P相析出规律及力学性能的影响。研究结果表明 ,随着钢中钛含量的提高 ,Fe Ti P相的析出倾向增大 ,材料的屈服强度和抗拉强度不断降低。当钢中 Ti、N元素的原子比为 1∶ 1时钢中无 Fe Ti P相析出 ,板材可采用最低的再结晶温度 ,且 r值最高。对高强 IF钢成分、工艺和性能之间的关系进行了进一步的分析讨论。
【Abstract】 Effect of Ti on the FeTiP precipitation and the mechanical properties of high strength IF steel is studied.The result shows that,with the increasing Ti content,the yield strength and tensile strength are reduced,and the tendency of FeTiP precipitation becomes more remarkable.For the steel,of which the atom ratio of titanium to nitrogen is l,no FeTiP precipitate is observed,and the highest r value is obtained with lowest recrystallization temperature.The relation between composition,process parameters and mechanical properties is discussed.
