稀土对38CrMoAl钢离子渗氮层结构和性能的影响
EFFECT OF RARE EARTH ON MICROSTRUCTURE AND PROPERTIES OF 38CrMoAl STEEL PLASMA NITRIDED CASE
【摘要】 研究了稀土对 38Cr Mo Al钢离子渗氮层微观结构和性能的影响。结果表明 :加稀土离子渗氮后 ,化合物层中γ 相的含量明显增加 ,且在距表面 0 .0 8mm扩散层处存在许多小位错环、位错和胞状亚结构 ;加稀土离子渗氮的表面硬度和普通离子渗氮相近 ,而耐磨性和耐热疲劳性优于普通离子渗氮 ,在渗层厚度增加的情况下 ,渗层脆性并不增加。
【Abstract】 Effect of rare earth on microstructure and properties of 38CrMoAl steel plasma nitrided case has been studied The results show that the quantity of γ phase is obviously more in the RE plasma nitrided compound layer than conventionally plasma nitrided, and there are many dislocation loops, dislocations, cell substructure in the RE plasma nitrided diffusion layer at a distance 0 08 mm from the surface, the surface hardness of the RE plasma nitrided case is similar to the conventionally plasma nitrided, however the RE plasma nitrided case exhibits better wear resistance and thermal fatigue resistance than the conventionally plasma nitrided case, under the condition of the case depth increasing, case brittleness does not increase
