转炉炼钢厂的物流管制技术
MASS FLOW CONTROL TECHNOLOGY FOR CONVERTER PLANT
【摘要】 高速连铸的实现加快了生产节奏 ,炼钢厂系统原有的平衡被打破 ,需要建立新的平衡体系来确保高效连铸的实现。本文应用钢铁制造流程多维物流管制理论 ,全面解析转炉炼钢厂的生产过程 ,优化生产过程的时间、温度和物质量等基本参数 ,并进行综合集成 ,提出了转炉炼钢厂的物流管制技术 ,实现了高效连铸生产的物流管制
【Abstract】 High speed continuous casting accelerates production rhythm of steelmaking plant,then the balance of production system has been broken,and a new balanced system is needed for high speed continuous casting production Theory of multidimensional mass flow control in iron and steel manufacture route is applied to analyze production process of LD plant roundly in this paper Moreover,basic parameters of mass flow in manufacturing route have been optimized,such as time,temperature and mass On the basis of research results the mass flow control technology for converter plant has been developed further to keep production running smoothly on condition of high speed continuous casting
