含铜结构钢的发展
DEVELOPMENT OF STRUCTURAL STEELS CONTAINING COPPING
【摘要】 研究了铜单一合金化高纯净钢的力学性能 ,讨论了含铜结构钢高性能的原因及可能存在的问题。结果表明 ,铜单一合金化高纯净结构钢在强度、塑性、韧性、耐腐蚀性方面均有明显优势 ,可以利用现有现代化冶金技术生产 ,且在回收再利用方面有工业可实施技术 ,是一种具有良好发展前景的新型钢材
【Abstract】 The mechanical properties of high purity copper singlealloyed steel was investigated.The reasons of high performance of this steel and predicted problems were discussed.It is shown that the high purity structural steels alloyed only with copper have obvious advantages in strength,ductility,toughness and corrosion resistance,and could be produced by modern metallurgical technology,recycled by available technology.Therefore is kind of steels should have very positive future.
