武钢二炼钢复吹转炉溅渣护炉工艺技术研究

【摘要】 武汉钢铁 (集团 )公司与钢铁研究总院共同进行了武钢二炼钢复吹转炉溅渣护炉技术开发研究。为适应武钢二炼钢品种多、出钢温度高等特点 ,开发出复吹转炉溅渣护炉的炉渣调质及氮气喷吹等工艺技术。创造了转炉炉衬寿命 15 2 0 8炉的国内最高炉龄 ,同时复吹比达到 10 0 % ,创造了复吹炉龄及底部喷嘴寿命的世界纪录

【Abstract】 The R & D of lining repairing technology with slag splashing on combined blown converter at No2 Steelmaking Shop,WISCO,was implemented by WISCO(Gr)and CISRIThe slag modification and nitrogen blowing technique was developed for lining repair on combined blown converter to match with wide range of product specifications and high tapping temperatures at WISCOThe longest campaign life of 15208 heats was recordedAt the same time,due to 100 % combined blowing rate,the world records of campaign of combined blown converter and life of gas supplying units were recorded
