连续式炉钢管保护气氛热处理工艺的研究和应用

【摘要】 分析了钢管保护气氛热处理炉的保护气氛类型及性能 ,对钢管保护气氛热处理炉内气氛的化学过程动态分析了无氧化的平衡条件。介绍了保护气氛热处理主要工艺参数的确定及汽车用管、精密结构用管、电站锅炉用管的保护气氛热处理实例分析。

【Abstract】 Analysis is made on types and performances of protective atmospheres of the steel tube heat treatment furnace with protective atmosphere, and also dynamic analysis on the non-oxidation equilibrium conditions of the chemical process of atmosphere of the said furnace is made. In addition, the author describes how to set up the basic process parameters of heat treatment with protective atmosphere, and gives us case analysis concerning protective atmosphere heat treatment of automobile tube, precision structural tube and power station boiler tube.
