酸改性多组分共聚酯纤维的碱减量工艺研究
Study on the Technique of Alkali Deweighting of the Acid-modified Multicomponent Copolyesterification Fiber
【摘要】 研究了酸改性多组分共聚酯纤维的碱减量工艺条件 ,得出在NaOH 7.5g/L、温度 85℃、时间 4 0min和浴比 1 4 0、促进剂 1 63llg/L条件下 ,可以得到满意的仿真丝化效果。碱减量后纤维表面呈现出微坑穴特征结构 ,纤维的结晶程度亦有下降
【Abstract】 The technique specifications of alkali deweighting of the acid-modified multicomponent copolyesterification fiber were investigated in this paper. Under the conditions of NaOH 7.5g/L,85℃, 40min, bath radio 1:40 and promoter 1631 lg/L,the satisfactory effect of silk likeness can be obtained. After The alkali deweighting,the special structure of micro-hollows appeared on the surface of fibers, and the crystallinity of fiber decreased.
