【Abstract】 The composition and structure of pupa skin were studied by means of chemical analysis and electron microscopy. The main composition and the content of chitin were determined. Therefore,the utilization value of the pupa skin was confirmed and a preliminary exploration was made on the process of extracting chitin from the pupa skin,and a property comparison was conducted between chitin from pupa skint and that from shrimp and crab.更多还原
