几种植物对钢的缓蚀效率

【摘要】 用极化曲线外推法获得钢在缓蚀剂存在下的腐蚀电流密度 ,进而研究 3种植物性缓剂蚀在 2种酸性介质中对钢的缓蚀效率 .结果表明 :3种缓蚀剂对钢在 2种酸性介质中均有较明显的抑制作用 ,且其缓蚀效率与介质种类及缓蚀剂添加量有关 .

【Abstract】 The experiments of three kinds of plants as corrosion inhibitors for steel in two kinds of acid liquids, were carried out respectively. Based on the polarized curve extrapolation, the corrosive current densities for steel in these acid liquids were obtained. Furthermore, the inhibition efficiency of these inhibitors was investigated. The experimental data showed that all the inhibitors have obvious inhibition on the steel corrosion in the acid liquids and their inhibition efficiency bepends on the acid liquids and the amount of the inhibitors.
