承压结构破坏载荷的预测
Prediction of Failure Load for Pressurized Structures
【摘要】 根据承压结构载荷~应变关系曲线的特点 ,按照比例极限定律的建模方法 ,得到了承压结构载荷~应变关系预测模型 .这一模型与灰色系统理论中的GM模型有相同的数学形式 ,只是常系数的确定方法不同 .利用所建模型和灰关联度的概念 ,建立了根据部分载荷应变数据预测承压结构破坏载荷的新方法 ,并通过对铝合金球壳模型在静水外压作用下的破坏试验 ,考证了该预测法的精度情况
【Abstract】 A differential model reflecting the relationship between applied load and strain at dangerous points of a structure is established by using the modeling approach of proportional limit law. It is found that this differential model has the same mathematical formation with GM model in gray system theory. Based upon this model and the concept of gray correlation degree, a new algorithm for structural failure load has been developed. The failure loads of two aluminum alloy spherical shells under external hydrostatic pressure are experimentally determined and predicted. It is shown that the proposed predicting approach in this paper is valid and convenient for the determination of residual strength of active-in service structures.
