【摘要】 本文中,利用交流磁化率、电阻率、热电势和ERP谱等多种测量手段对锰氧化物La0.55Ca0.45MnO3多晶样品的输运性质和磁阻特性进行研究。实验结果表明,是双交换作用和小极化子效应的共同作用决定了CMR效应的特性。La0.55Ca0.45MnO3与La0.7Ca0.3MnO3样品的电阻率在T<<Tc时的差异可用晶界效应来解释。

【Abstract】 The properties of transport and magnetoresistance of manganite oxide La0.55Ca0.45MnO3 polycrystalline were studied by measuring the susceptibility、resistivity、thermoelectric power and electron paramagnetic resonance spectra. The experimental evidences show that both actions of double exchange interaction and small polarons are responsible for the variation of the CMR effect. The differences between La0.7Ca0.3MnO3 and La0.55Ca0.45MnO3in the curves of resistivity at T<<Tc can be explained with the grain boundary effect.
