利用GC和GC/MS分析枣子酊挥发性化学成分

【摘要】利用GC和GC/MS对枣子酊的挥发性化学成分进行了分析。用GC/MS鉴定出 1 5种化合物 ,并对其中的 1 2种进行了定量分析。结果表明 ,枣子酊挥发性成分中含量最高的是 5 羟甲基糠醛。本法简便、快速、准确 ,适用于工厂的质量监控和常规分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 The volatile chemical components in jujube tincture were analyzed by GC and GC/MS. Fifteen components were identified by GC/MS with 12 components quantified. The results show that the concentration of 5 (hydroxymethyl) 2 furfural is the highest among them. The method is simple, rapid and precise and can be used for quality control and routine analysis in tabacco plants.更多还原
