火焰原子吸收法间接测定调味品中的谷氨酸
Indirect determination of glutamic acid in condiment by FAAS.
【摘要】 用Cu3(PO4 ) 2 悬浮液同谷氨酸作用 ,生成溶于水的谷氨酸铜络合物 ,离心沉降未反应的铜盐 ,以原子吸收法测定上层清液中铜的信号 ,可间接测定谷氨酸的量。方法的线性范围为 0~4 0 0 μg/mL ,特征浓度为 0 0 4 9μg/mL ,检出限为 0 0 2 2 μg/mL。本方法应用于调味品中谷氨酸的测定 ,相对标准偏差为 0 8% ,回收率在 96 6%~ 1 0 2 1 %之间。
【Abstract】 When Cu 3(PO 4) 2 suspension reactes with glutamic acid, the copper complex of glutamic acid is formed. The Cu 3(PO 4) 2 unreacted is precipitated by centrifuge and the copper in upper sdution is detected by FAAS. Thus the concentration of glutamic acid can be determined indirectly. The linear range of the method is 0~400 μg/mL for glutamic acid, the characteristic concentration is 0 049μg/mL and the detection limit is μg/mL. The method has been used for the determination of glutamic acid in condiment with satifaction. The recovery is 96 6%~102 1% with RSD being 0 8%.
