吐温80-盐-水体系的液-固萃取光度法测定痕量钴
Spectrophotometric Determination of Trace Cobalt Based on Liquid solid Extraction in Tween 80-salt-water System
【摘要】 研究了 Co( ) - PAR在吐温 80 -硫酸铵体系中的最佳萃取条件 ,建立了生物样品中测定痕量钴的非有机溶剂液 -固萃取光度法。在 p H7.0~ 1 0 .5的NH3· H2 O- NH4 Cl缓冲溶液中 ,金属配合物 Co( ) - PAR可被吐温 80固相富集 ,最大吸收波长为 51 5nm,钴含量在 0~ 5.0 μg/m L范围内服从比尔定律。可用于头发、茶叶和维生素 B12 针剂中痕量钴的测定
【Abstract】 In the presence of salts,the aqueous solution of Tween 80 could be separated into liquid and solid phases. The distribution behavior of Co(Ⅱ) PAR in the system of Tween 80 (NH 4)2SO 4 were studied.A complex spectrophotometric method based on liquid solid extraction without organic solvent was established for determination of trace cobalt (Ⅱ).In buffer solutions at pH 7.0~10.5 ,the complex could at be extracted into the Tween 80 solid phase. The maximum absorption wavelength is 515nm.In the range of 0~5.0μg·mL -1 ,beer’ s law was obeyed. The method was applied to analysis of trace cobalt (Ⅱ) in tea ,hair and Vitamin B 12 sample.
