【Abstract】 A new flow injection chemiluminescence analysis method for determination of lincomycin hydrochloride was developed.Lincomycin hydrochloride generated sensitive chemiluminescence in NaIO 4 H 2O 2 H + system. The linearrange of determining lincomycin hydrochloride is 1 0×10 -7 ～9 0×10 -5 g/mL,with detection limit of 3 6×10 -8 g/mL,and the relative standard deviation is 1 0%( c S=1 0×10 -6 g/mL, n =11).
