磷钒钼黄差示分光光度法测定阳图PS版显影液中的磷
Determination of Phosphorus in Developing Agent used for Positive Presensitized Offset Plates by Molpbdovanadophosphate Polypyrrole-Differential Spectrophotometry
【摘要】 建立了一种与高倍硅共存的磷的分析方法。共存硅对磷钒钼黄色体系的干扰程度与反应介质中硝酸浓度有关 ,介质中浓度为 0 .74 mol/ L的硝酸可有效抑制 31倍量的共存硅的干扰。在稀硝酸中煮解 ,可将六偏磷酸钠转化成正磷酸钠。磷浓度在 ( 1 .5~ 9.5)× 1 0 -4 mol/ L 范围内符合比耳定律。方法用于测定PS版显影液中磷时 ,回收率是 98.52 %~ 99.84 % ,样品测定值的 RSD为0 .31 % ( n=1 2 ).
【Abstract】 A differential spectrophotometric method was developed for the determination of phosphorus that coexist with high contents of silicon.The effect of coexisting silicon on molybdovanadophosphate polpyrrole developing system has correlation with the concentration of nitric acid in the reaction medium.The interference of 31 fold amount of coexisting silicon may be inhibited effectively by 0.74 mol/L nitric acid.Sodium metaphosphate may be turned into sodium phosphate by acid hydrolysis in boiling dilute nitric acid (1∶9).A linear relationship exists between the absorbance and concentration of phosphorus in the range of (1.5~9.5)×10 -4 mol/L.The proposed method was applied to the determination of phosphorus in developing agent (solution) in use for positive presensitized offset plates.The RSD of determination results is less than 0.31% ( n =12).The recoveries of added standard are 98.5%~99.8%.
