吸附催化波极谱法测定镝
Polarographic Adsorption-catalytic Wave Determination of Dysprosium
【摘要】 研究了在含有 Na F的 NH3 - NH4Cl( p H9.2 )缓冲溶液中 ,镝( Dy3 +)与邻苯二酚紫 ( p V)、1 ,1 0 -邻菲罗啉 ( phen)、溴化十六烷基三甲铵( CTMAB)四元络合物的极谱波。峰电位为 - 1 .72 V ( vs.SCE) ,峰电流与镝 ( )的浓度在 8.0× 1 0 -8~ 1 .0× 1 0 -6mol/L之间成线性关系 ,检出限为 6 .0× 1 0 -8mol/L。结合萃取柱色谱分离方法测定了稀土矿石中的微量稀土元素镝。
【Abstract】 In NH 3 NH 4Cl buffer solution at pH 9.2 and in the presence of NaF,the polarographic wave of the quaternary complex of dysprosium(Ⅲ) ,pyrocatechol violet(PV),1,10 phenanthroline (phen) and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTMAB) was studied.Its peak position is at -1.72V( vs .SCE).Good linear relationship between the current and concentration of dysprosium(Ⅲ)is observed in the range of 8.0×10 -8 ~1 0×10 -6 mol/L.The detection limit is 6.0×10 -8 mol/L.With chromatographic separation by extraction column,the system was successfully applied to determine the heavy rare earth element dysprosium in ores with satisfactory results.
