【摘要】 在ＮＨ３－ＮＨ４Ｃｌ 底液中，尼莫地平在汞电极上有一灵敏的导数还原峰，峰电位为－ ０．７３Ｖ （ｖｓ．ＳＣＥ）。峰电流与尼莫地平的浓度在２．０×１０－ ７～７．０×１０－ ５ｍ ｏｌ／Ｌ范围内成线性关系（ｒ＝ ０．９９９８）。检出限为１．０×１０－ ８ｍ ｏｌ／Ｌ。该法应用于片剂中尼莫地平含量的测定，对尼莫地平在汞电极上的电化学行为进行了探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 In a supporting electrolyte of NH 3 NH 4Cl,a sensitive derivative reduction peak of nimodipine was found by single sweep oscillopolarography.The peak potential is -0.73 V ( vs. SCE).The relationship between peak current and the concentration of nimodipine is linear from 2.0×10 -7 to 7.0×10 -5 mol/L.The detection limit is 1.0×10 -8 mol/L.The method was applied to the determination of nimodipine in tablet with satisfactory results.The electrochemical behaviour of nimodipine at Hg electrode was also explored.更多还原
