锗钼杂多酸单扫描极谱法测定枸杞中的微量锗
Single Sweep Polarographic Determination of Germanium in Medlar Using Its Heteropoly Acid Complex
【摘要】 在 p H 8 .9的氨性缓冲溶液中 ,锗钼杂多酸在示波极谱上 ,于 - 1 .0 5 V (vs.SCE)产生灵敏的吸附波。导数波高与锗浓度在 6.9× 1 0 -8~ 5.5× 1 0 -5 mo1 /L范围内有好的线性关系 ,检出限为 3.5× 1 0 -8mo1 /L。用本法测定了中药枸杞中的锗 ,得到满意的结果
【Abstract】 In about 0.15 mol/L HCl solution containing ascorbic acid, GeO 2- 3 can rapidly react with molybdate. The reaction product can be reduced with a sensitive wave at the E p of about -1.05 V(vs.SCE) in NH 3 NH 4Cl buffer solution(pH=8.9). The second derivative peak height is proportional to the Ge concentration in the range of 6.9×10 -8 ~5.5×10 -5 mol/L with the detection limit of 3.5×10 -8 mol/L. The method is applied to the determination of germanium in medlar with satisfactory results. The behavior of polarographic wave has also been studied.
