基于微腔型电极的半乳糖生物传感器
A Chamber-type Microchip-based Microchip-based Biosensor
【摘要】 采用微机械加工技术制作了具有三维结构的微腔型传感器芯片(腔深300μm,铂工 作电极1.2×1.2mm2)。作者对微腔型电极进行了电化学特性的表征。并通过明胶包埋法将 半乳糖氧化酶固定在电极中,构成微腔型半乳糖传感器。该酶电极对半乳糖测定的上限为 4.5mmol/L,相关系数为0.9980。较适宜的pH范围为7.0~7,5,响应时间<50 s。该酶电极 在14天内连续使用,响应电流无明显变化。放置一个月后测试仍保持较好的电流响应。
【Abstract】 A microchip with three dimensional silicon chamber (l. 2 x 1 .2 mm2 and 300 μm thick) was developed for the construction of micro-size biosensor. The electrochemical characterization of its Pt working electrode was reported. A galactose biosensor was constructed with the substrate working electrode of chamber-type microchip. The upper detection limit of the microsensor is 4. 5 mmol/L and the response time was less than 50 s. No significant variation was observed in detection within two weeks.
