钌(Ⅱ)-联吡啶-铈(Ⅳ)-戊二醛化学发光体系及其应用
Chemiluminescence System of Ru(bpy)32+-Ce (Ⅳ)-Glutaraldehyde and Its Application
【摘要】 提出了一种测定戊二醛的新的化学发光分析法。基于在硫酸介质中戊二醛增强林(Ⅳ)氧化钌(Ⅱ)-联吡啶的化学发光强度。在优化后的条件下,方法的线性范围和检测限分别为2.5×10-6-2.5×10-3mol/L和3.1×10-7mol/L戊二醛。拟定的方法体系简单,用于消毒液中戊二醛含量的测定,结果满意。
【Abstract】 A new chemiluminescence method was proposed for the determination of glutaradehyde.In suifuric acid medium,chemiluminescence was generated upon continuous oxidation of Ru (bpy) by Ce (Ⅳ).The ethession intensity is greatly enhanced in the presence of glutaradehyde.Under the optimum conditions,the linear range of the calibration curve was 2. 5×10-6 ~ 2. 5×10-3 mol/L for glutaradehyde, and the detection limit was 3.1×10-7 mol/L.The proposed method has been used for the determination of glutaradehyde in some sterilizing solutions with good results.
