用鲁米诺-过氧化氢-铜(Ⅱ)-考马斯亮蓝G250体系反相流动注射化学发光法测定铜(Ⅱ)
Reverse Flow Injection Chemiluminescenct Analysis for the Determination of Copper (Ⅱ) with Luminol-Hydrogen Peroxide-Copper (Ⅱ)-Coomassie Brilliant Blue G250 System
【摘要】 建立了一种Luminol-H2O2-Cu(Ⅱ)-考马斯亮蓝G250反相流动注射化学发光分析新方法,线性范围0.005-0.100mg/LCu(Ⅱ),检出限为0.0015mg/LCu(Ⅱ),对0.050mg/LCu(Ⅱ)溶液进行10次平行测定,其相对标准偏差为3.6%,干扰离子允许量大。该方法灵敏度、精密度和选择性好,直接用于江河水样中微量Cu(Ⅱ)的测定,取得了满意的结果。
【Abstract】 A new reveme flow injection chemiluminescenct analyis system of luminol-H2O2-Cu(Ⅱ)-coomassie brilliant blue G250 is developed. The linear range for the determination of Cu(Ⅱ) is 0.005 ~0. 100 mg/L, the detection limit is 0.0015 mg/L Cu(Ⅱ). The relative standard deviation(N = 10) for an analgtical concentration of 0.050 mg/L Cu(Ⅱ) is 3.6%. The tolerable capacity of interference ion is relatively large. The precision, accuracy and selectivity of the method are very good. The method has been used to determine trace Cu(Ⅱ) in river water with satisfactory results.
