【Abstract】 The blends of alcohol or alkylphenol ethoxy carboxylate acids were separated according to thelength of alkyl chain using reversed-phase ion opr high perfare liquid hromatography . The column usedwas SupelcosilTM LC-18 with acetonitrile: Methanol: water = 70: 10:20 (volume ratio) as mobile phase, whichcontains tetrabutylammonium hydrosulfate(TBAHS) 6 mmol/L as ion pair reagent. The pH of the mobile phaseare adjusted to 6 using sodium hydroxide. Under the selected conditions of the chromatographic operation,better separation efficiency was achieved among each components in sample.更多还原
