基于荧光熄灭的硫阴离子选择性光化学敏感膜
A Sulfide-Selective Sensing Membrane Based on Fluorescence Quenching
【摘要】 基于S2-对固定于增塑的聚氯乙烯膜上的荧光素汞的荧光熄灭,研制了S2-选择性光化学敏感膜。该膜测定S2-的浓度范围为10-9mol/L10-6mol/L,其荧光信号具有选择性强、重现性高且可逆的特点,适用于水相中硫化物的测定。
【Abstract】 A new reversible optical sensing membrane for the determination of S2- based on fluoreascence queching of mercury fluorescein dissovled in plasticized polyvinyl chloride has been developed. With the optimum sensing membrane described, the concentration of10-6 mol/L to 10-9 mol/L of S2- can be determined. Basides, its optical signals exhibit higg reproducibility and a good selectivity. It can be used for determination of sulfide in water Samples.
