【摘要】 提出了一种新的简单易行且相当便捷的方法 ,对样品的提取和衍生化反应的各种影响因素、色谱分离和测定的最佳条件进行了研究 .方法的准确度和精密度指标均符合残留量分析方法的要求 ,对同一试样进行多次平行独立测定时其标准偏差不大于 0 .4% ,变异系数不大于 5 .2 5 % ,最低检测限为 0 .0 2mg/kg ,该方法适用于油籽、花生、苹果等及其制品中丁酰肼残留量的测定 ,可作为相关实验室的例行分析方法更多还原

【Abstract】 A fast and precise method for analyzing the residual amount of daminozide in peanut and relative products was reported.
