利用碳纤维毡制备结构吸波材料的研究
STUDY ON THE STRUCTURAL MICROWAVE ABSORBING MATERIAL MADE WITH CARBON-FELT
【摘要】 将经过表面处理的碳纤维毡和环氧树脂复合 ,加入碳黑、金属粉末、铁氧体等填料制备出一种新型结构吸波材料。该材料面密度小于 5 .2 kg/m2 。在 8~ 18GHz波段最大反射衰减为 - 13.37d B,反射率小于 - 10 d B的频率带宽接近于雷达工作的全频带 ,达到了实用水平。采用电磁散射理论对材料的吸收机理进行了探讨
【Abstract】 By adding carbon black, ferrite and metal powders, polyacrylonitrile(PAN) based carbon fiber felts and epoxy resin were used to make a new kind of structural material for the application of radar microwave absorption. The material with area density of 5.2 kg/m 2 achieved maximum absorbing value of -13.37 dB, and minimum value of -10 dB over the whole frequency range (8~18 GHz). The absorbing mechanisms were discussed using theory of electromagnetic scattering.
