【Abstract】 Barium titanate fine powders are prepared by sol-precipitate process.The effect of concentration of NaOH solution as precipitator on phase compostiton is investigated,and the reaction mechanism of pure barium titanate fine powders prepared by sol-precipitate process is proposed.Wet gels after washing with distilled water are treated with surface active agent or/and organic solvent.By surface modification,agglomeration is better controlled,and properties of powder are greatly improved.更多还原
