【摘要】 基于离散分形布朗增量随机场 (DFBIR场 ) ,提出了一种适于微粉颗粒表面微观形貌定量分析的分形模型 ,研究了此模型的特点及其计算方法 ,提出了颗粒表面形貌的智能分形表征技术

【Abstract】 Based on the discrete fractal Brownian incremental random field(DFBIR field),a generalized fractal model which is suitable for quantitatively analyzing the surface morphology of powder partical is proposed.Its features and the realtime estimating method are studied.With the help of image analysis system,the secondary electron image of powder partical is investigated by using 3_FD analyzing technology proposed,the shap of particle,the roughness of powder partical surface.The result shows that,by means of the FD average value,FD histogram and FD image,the roughness of powder partical surface,the statistical distribution features can be quantitatively described.
