【Abstract】 A new process was deterimined based on the selection of brightening agents for Zinc electroplating, carrier brightening agents and auxiliary brightening agents in sulfate solution with Hall cell tests The effects of main salts, buffer agents and processing conditions were discussed and the properties of plating solution and plating layer were tested The results showed that the plate was bright and grainy, and the range of plating current density was wide in this process This process was applicable to Zinc electrodeposition of some simply shaped materials such as plate, wire, tape etc更多还原
