溅射Ni-5Cr-5Al纳米晶涂层高温氧化
THE OXIDATION OF SPUTTERED Ni-5Cr-5Al NANOCRYSTALLINE COATING AT 900°C
【摘要】 研究了一种低 Cr、低 Al的溅射 Ni- 5Cr- 5Al(原子百分数 )纳米晶涂层在 90 0°C的高温氧化行为 ,观察并分析了不同氧化时间涂层表面氧化物的生成情况 ,发现由于 Al、Cr含量较低 ,不能生成一层完整的 Al2 O3或Cr2 O3保护膜 ,而是生成一种由 Ni O、Ni Al2 O4 尖晶石相和 Al2 O3组成的复杂氧化物。由于氧化膜中 Al2 O3的保护以及与基体之间良好的结合 ,氧化增重大大小于铸态时的增重 ,并对氧化膜的生长过程进行了分析。
【Abstract】 The oxidation behavior of a sputtered Ni 5Cr 5Al (at%) nanocrystalline coating on the substrate of the same alloy was investigated at 900°C in air The oxide formation on the Ni 5Cr 5Al coating was observed It was found that complex oxide scales composed of NiO, NiAl 2O 4 spinel and Al 2O 3 were formed during 200 h oxidation Due to the protection of Al 2O 3 and the good adhesion with the coating, the mass gains of the sputtered coating was much lower than that of the cast alloy The oxide formation on the sputtered coating was discussed
