医用317L不锈钢钝化状态的电化学评定方法研究

【摘要】 研究了不同钝状态的医用 317L 不锈钢在几种待选检测介质中的电化学行为。结果表明 ,0 .9% Na Cl溶液 (37°C)和 2 % Na Cl溶液 (30°C)两种检测介质可以较好地区分和评价 317L不锈钢的钝化状态。提出了在 0 .9%Na Cl溶液 (37°C)中用动电位扫描极化技术测定点蚀电位以检测和评价医用 317L不锈钢的钝化状态和耐蚀性的电化学评定方法 ;并相应地建议采用点蚀电位 Eb 作为评价参数 ,推荐评价判据为点蚀电位限 1.0 V(SCE) ,下偏差0 .1V。试验结果证明 ,用这种评价方法可以准确地区分和评价用作内固定件的医用 317L 不锈钢的钝化状态

【Abstract】 The electrochemical behavior of medical stainless steel 317L in different passive states in several candidate testing solutions was investigated. The results showed that the electrochmical behavior in 0.9%NaCl solution (37°C) and in 2%NaCl solution (30°C) could be better used to detect and evaluate the stainless steel 317L in different passive states. Using potentiodynamic scanning polarization technique, the polarization curves of stainless steel 317L in 0.9%NaCl solution (37°C) were measured in order to detect and evaluate passive state and corrosion resistance of the medical stainlcss steel 317L. It is proposed that the pitting potential E b can be used as a criterion and its lower limit could be 0.9V(SCE) for this system. The results demonstrated that the passive states of the medical stainless steel 317L uscd as in vivo fixation material could be better detected and precisely evaluated by usc of this method.
