【Abstract】 In this paper, we introduce a new method, i.e., using the scratching electrode technique to evaluate the erosion corrosion resistance of stainless alloys, including its principle, testing procedure and application. The resistance to erosion corrosion of 8 types of stailess alloys were tested in wet process of phosphoric acid slurry by this method. Results showed that the order of erosion corrosion resistance for 8 types of stainless alloys ranked by this method was consistent with the order ranked by weight loss. This indicates the scratching electrode technique can evaluate the erosion corrosion resistance rapidly and accurately.更多还原
