【摘要】 对 1 Cr1 8Ni9Ti不锈钢进行了热浸镀稀土铝合金处理和抗高温氧化性能的试验。高温氧化性能试验选择 90 0°C、80 0°C、70 0°C三个氧化温度。试验结果表明 ,三个氧化温度下 1 Cr1 8Ni9Ti不锈钢浸镀件的抗高温氧化性能均优于原材 ,但不同温度下的氧化速度及氧化动力学趋势与原材相比不尽相同。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the property of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel used at high temperature, tests of hot dip with Al Si RE alloy and oxidation resistance had been performed Oxidation resistance tests were carried out at 900°C, 800°C and 700°C respectively, Test results showed that the aluminized coating obviously improved the high temperature oxidation resistance of 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel At the different temperatures, the oxidation speed and kinetics of the steel hot dipped with Al Si RE alloy were different from those of the 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel
