【摘要】 目的：探讨女性不孕症患者的子宫内膜增生过长的Ｘ线诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析５２例经病理证实的女 性不孕症伴子宫内膜增生过长的子宫输卵管造影术的Ｘ线特征。结果：５２例患者确诊为子宫内膜增生过长，Ｘ线征象：① 子宫腔增大占２８．８５％；②宫腔内壁不规则占２９．２３％；③内膜息肉样改变占 ４８．０８％；④“菊花”样改变占１１．５４％；⑤伴有 输卵管病变占８６．５４％。结论：女性不孕症伴子宫内膜增生过长在子宫输卵管造影片上有特征性改变，子宫输卵管造影术 作为检查女性不孕症的常规方法，对子宫内膜增生过长的诊断有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the X-ray diagnostic value for endometrial hyperplasia in women with infertility. Methods: Hysteroealpingographical features of endometrial hyperplasis in 52 women with infertility confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The main X-ray features were as fallows:①enlargement of the uterine cavity in 28.85%(15/52) ;②irregular internal wall of the uterine cavity in 94.23%(49/52);③polypoid change of the endomctrium in 48.08%(25/52), ④"Chysanthemum-like" apreamace in 11.54%(6/52);⑤tubal lesions accompanying with endometrial hyperplasia in 86.54%(45/52).Conclusion:There were some X-ray features of endometrial hyperplasis in women with infertility on hysterosalpingography. As a routine method of the examination of the women infertility,it is of important value in the diagnosis of endometrial hyperplasia.更多还原
