【摘要】 目的 :探讨肌肉内血管瘤影像学表现与诊断的价值。方法 :回顾性总结 11例经手术和病理证实肌肉内血管瘤的B超、CT和MRI表现。结果 :7例B超检查见肌肉内软组织肿块 ,2例呈均匀低回声灶 ,3例呈网状低回声灶 ,2例呈混合性回声灶 ;形态规则、边界清楚 4例 ;形态不规则、边界不清楚 3例。 7例CT检查见肌肉内肿块影 ,3例呈等密度 ,4例呈混合密度 ,2例可见斑点状钙化 ;边界清晰者 3例 ,不清晰者 4例 ;增强扫描肿块见明显强化 ,3例呈均匀强化 ,4例呈不均匀强化。 6例MRI检查见软组织肿块 ,T1WI呈等信号或稍高信号 ,T2 WI呈高信号 ,4例信号不均匀 ,2例可见肿块内流空血管影 ;形态规则、边界清晰 3例 ,形态不规则、边界欠清晰 3例 ;4例注射Gd DTPA后扫描肿块呈明显强化。结论 :影像学检查发现肌肉内软组织肿块应考虑血管瘤的可能。B超和CT对诊断有一定的帮助。MRI具有良好的软组织分辨率和多方位成像的技术特点 ,对明确诊断和确定手术范围有重要的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the imaging characteristics of intramuscular hemangioma and their diagnostic value.Methods:The findings of ultrasound,CT and MRI were retrospectively analyzed in 11 cases of intramuscular hemangioma,which was proved by operation and pathology.Results:Ultrasound showed intramuscular mass in 7 of 11 cases.They appeared homogeneous hypoechoic in 2,reticular hypoechoic in 3,and mixed echo in 2;regular shape and clear margin in 4,and irregular shape and unclear margin in 3. Among 7 cases on CT scans, the mass appeared isodense to muscular density in 3,mixed density in 4,and patchy calcification in 2 on plain CT scans.After contrast enhancement,the masses were markedly enhanced,homogeneous in 3 cases and inhomogeneous in 4.MRI of 6 cases demonstrated soft tissue masses,which showed intermediate or slightly high signal intensity on T 1WI and high signal intensity on T 2WI,with “flow void” in 2. After injection of Gd DTPA,there was marked enhancement in 4 cases.Conclusions:US and CT is useful in diagnosing intramuscular hemangioma.MRI with high soft tissue resolution, multi directional imaging and fat suppression technique is of great value for correct diagnosis and determination of exact extent of the tumor.更多还原
